Choco'S Hotel - Villahermosa

The staff were very good too make me feel welcome and secure. I was worried about parking, but the security guard instantly showed me the secured parking and assured me that he would be watching the hotel all night. The neighborhood may have seemed a bit deserted, but the friendly staff made me feel safe. The room service staff and front desk were also friendly and accommodating. Plus, the WiFi was super fast. I highly recommend this hotel for both work and leisure travelers.

The hotel was easily accessible from the bus station and located in a commercial area, but not too far from nicer pedestrian areas. the in-house restaurant was okay, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with good amenities. Staff were friendly and attentive.
